1. Booking and payment

  • All bookings must be made in advance via email.
  • We accept payments after your appointment by card or cash.
  • Confirmation of your booking will be sent by email.

 

2. Cancellation and refunds

  • Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Any late cancellations or no shows will be billed, including if the session has been paid for in advance as part of a package.
  • Refunds are only provided where services are cancelled by us or where otherwise agreed in advance.

 

3. Health and safety

  • Clients must inform us before their appointment of any conditions or injuries that might affect treatment suitability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatments if a client's health condition may be adversely affected.
  • Clients are responsible for following any aftercare advice.

 

4. Client conduct and responsibility

  • Clients agree to arrive on time and respect staff and other clients.
  • Use of mobile phones during treatments is discouraged.

 

5. Treatment guarantees and limitations

  • We strive to provide professional services but do not guarantee specific results.
  • Any dissatisfaction should be communicated promptly so we can address the issue.

 

6. Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, aegle•light is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during or after treatments unless caused by our negligence.
  • Personal belongings are the client’s responsibility.

 

7. Data protection and privacy

  • Personal data collected for bookings and treatment records is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not share personal information with third parties except where required for service delivery or legal compliance.

 

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
